Oh, where do I begin with this hotel experience? It serves as a shining example of why handing over complete control to an architect or interior designer might not be the best idea. While the aesthetic may align with the trendy warehouse vibe, the functionality is sorely lacking. . Let's start with the aquatic adventure in the so-called swimming pool. Instead of a leisurely dip, guests are treated to a unique wading experience as they traverse the pool to reach the elusive deck chairs. A design choice that defies logic and practicality. . Moving on to the logistical nightmare, the absence of a service entrance is baffling. The main lobby reception area doubles as a thoroughfare for all hotel activities – from laundry transportation to the delivery of essential supplies. It's like a chaotic circus, and guests are unwitting spectators in the midst of it all. . Breakfast is served with a side of heat stroke, thanks to the strategically misplaced breakfast area. With only one shaded table, patrons are left to bask uncomfortably in the sun, turning the glass-encased dining space into a sauna. A simple touch of sun protection on the windows could have made this space bearable. . Fitness enthusiasts, beware. The gym, strategically placed on the first floor communal area to the hotel rooms, exercisers are subjected to the constant foot traffic of other guests. And to top it off, the absence of air conditioning transforms the workout into a sweaty, experience. . As for the room, maintenance seems to be a foreign concept. The shower drain plays a never-ending game of blocked and unblocked the water, despite multiple attempts at intervention. The perpetually filling toilet turns water conservation into a distant dream. And let's not forget the TV, which, unless manually rescanned, offers a whopping five channels for entertainment. . In terms of design, the room layout is an exercise in impracticality. With an excessive 43 light bulbs illuminating the space, practical living areas are sacrificed. There's no designated spot for suitcases or bags, the bed was off the wall and had no bed head which made the bed became incredibly short as your pillows could fall over the top, I'm only 5 foot 8 and I've never been in a bed where my feet hangover the end. . A notable inconvenience was the absence of a curtain for the glass above the entrance door. Compounded by the glaring brightness of the common area light, it relentlessly infiltrated the room throughout the night, casting an unwelcome luminosity that disrupted any hope of peaceful rest. . Despite positive reviews from others, our experience leaves us scratching our heads. Perhaps our liking for functionality clashes with the claimed charm of this establishment. In summary, this hotel is a masterclass in impracticality, maintenance neglect, and a staff that seems to be suffering from severe customer service fatigue. . Grumpiness and age aside, our grievances are grounded in a stark reality that overshadows any glimmer of charm this place may possess.

Great 4 beds in 1 room deal!

We were a group of 8 and needed a great value for money place, where we would all be able to hang out. We paid around 600-700 baht each for the room. They offer a room where 4 people can sleep. 2 twin beds on the bottom floor and they had like an adult bunk bed situation on top. Very comfortable, very clean. Overall a pleasant stay, 3 min walk to the quiet Jomtien beach. Only 20 min 10 baht ride with the "song taew" trucks.

A good holiday in a prime location, especially if you are visiting the elephant sanctuary. It has a boutique feel to it and the rooms are clean. The restaurant area could have been improved with regards to the ambiance as it was very quiet.

This is a very cute boutique hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. We were visiting town as I used to live here.The rooms are absolutely beautiful. Close proximity to a basic night market, regular public transport on the beach road. The only problem we had was the wifi was poor.
